Down Payment Assistance for First-Time Buyers

Earlier this week, we hosted a “Get Ready for Your Mortgage” class for first-time buyers. It was a wonderful turnout. The topic that led to the most discussion and questions was about down payment assistance programs.

What this told us was that the more educated the buyer and the Realtor are about all the first-time buyer programs that are out there, the better off they're going to be. We have down payment assistance programs as well as other first-time buyer programs.

We’d love to answer any questions you have about these programs. Realtors, our loan officers are also available to do individual classes, too.
