Use the $1000 for your next home purchase and sweeten your offer by giving it to the Seller of your dream home, too.

When you commit to working with our one of our mortgage companies (John Adams, Front Street or Staunton Financial), we will qualify you for the $1000 Lender Credit. We will apply this credit towards the processing and underwriting closing costs for the buyer.

How Can the Credit Be Used?

Buyers who are purchasing a home can use this credit at the upcoming closing on their new home.

Buyers can include this credit in their offer to the Seller of their desired home. The Seller can then use it toward their next home purchase.

Sellers who are also in the market to buy can use this credit when they close on their next home.

Program Requirements

Your loan consultant must be aware of the credit prior to loan application.

The Buyer/Seller who is using the credit must work with John Adams, Front Street or Staunton Financial.

Buyers can use a credit for their own transaction and give a credit to their Seller.

This incentive can be combined with the Second Look and Full House programs.

MSHDA Loans do not qualify.
