Your Loan Officer is programmed according to your office. For this co-branded flyer, the loan officer assigned to your office will auto-generate when you open the flyer. Your contact information will also auto-generate.

Available in all mortgage brands and REO, JJ & MB brands.

  • Go to OurOnePlace.net and log in.

  • Scroll down to the “Market Yourself” section

  • Click “Personalized Promotional Downloads”

  • Select “Company Flyers”

  • Select “LOOP Mortgage App JAMCO”

  • The flyer will load in a new window

  • Download, print and take to your next open house!

If you want to change the loan officer assigned to you, follow the steps reflected below.

  • Click the “three dot icon” in the top menu

  • Select Personnel

  • Click “Add Personnel” in the right side bar menu

  • Scroll down to the “Representatives” section

  • Toggle the menu open and select the loan officer of your preference

  • Click “Add”

 Buyer Tour Page in OnePlace

A custom page about LOOP for your Buyer Tour has been added to OnePlace. To create a Buyer Tour with the LOOP page, follow the steps below.

Available in all mortgage brands and REO, JJ & MB brands.

  • Go to OurOnePlace.net and log in

  • Click on “Buyer Tour” in the top menu

  • To edit an existing Buyer Tour, click “Manage” button

  • To make a new one, click the red “Create a New Buyer Tour” button

  • Add any new listings you’d like to include in the Buyer Tour

  • Click “Save/Next” button

  • Edit your bio or letter, if needed

  • Click “Save/Next” button

  • Click “Add Additional Pages”

  • Select “LOOP Mortgage App” from page icons and then “Add Pages”

  • Drag the page in the order you’d like it to appear in the document

  • Click red “Generate” button

  • Download the completed Buyer Tour or email it directly to your client
