What is "Future Housing Leaders" and is there a fee to join?

There is no a cost to a mortgage company to join the Future Housing Leaders program, which launched in 2018. This program recruits diverse students into careers in the housing industry. It was created with the intention to diversify a homogenous industry that historically doesn't represent the diversity of our current nation.
